Badrina Syafiah Ahmad Shukri graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2025. She subsequently completed her pupillage at Messrs Ben Lee & Sharen under the tutelage of Datuk Ben Lee, where she was attached to the Construction Department.

During her pupillage, Badrina was actively involved in a wide range of construction-related disputes, including adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA), arbitration, and construction litigation.

Badrina was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 17 July 2026 before YA Puan Norliza binti Othman.

She currently joins Messrs Ben Lee & Sharen as an Associate in the Construction Department, where she focuses on construction dispute resolution. Her practice encompasses adjudication proceedings under CIPAA, arbitration, and construction litigation, and she advises and assists clients across various stages of construction disputes.
