Mr. Sharen was called and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the high court of Malaya in 2004. after gaining extensive experience at Messrs. Arifin & Partners until 2015, he established his own firm, Messrs. Sharen, focusing primarily on criminal law. over the years, Mr. Sharen has actively defended clients in both the high court and the lower courts.

In 2024, Mr. Sharen formed a partnership with Mr. Ben Lee, creating Messrs. Ben Lee & Sharen, where he continues to lead the criminal law portfolio. since 2015, he has specialized in criminal law, particularly in white-collar and blue-collar crime. with over 20 years of legal practice, Mr. Sharen also possesses significant expertise in civil and criminal litigation.
